Easy Grilled Shrimp Bags

I know I usually share baking recipes with you guys but guess what, I can cook too! I know I’m just as surprised as you are. While Rob is “allergic” to shrimp, he always wants me to make it. We usually have shrimp as a treat and with me having half days on Fridays, I figured this would be the perfect time to try out a new recipe! Making these shrimp bags are super easy…all you have to do is throw them on the grill and they are ready in no time! They also taste really good too 🙂

Grilled Shrimp Bags

Quick and easy grilled shrimp bags with the taste of summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 corn on the cob per bag
  • 6 shrimp per bag
  • 4 small potatoes per bag
  • Old Bay
  • Garlic Salt
  • Dried Parsley
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil

*you can adjust how much corn, shrimp, and potatoes you use based on preference

**you can add sausages or other protein to the bags if you would like

Directions

  1. Preheat grill over high heat
  2. Cut potatoes into 4’s and corn in half (it may be easier to break the corn in half. Place in large bowl with the shrimp
  3. Add seasonings and olive oil to taste and toss corn, shrimp, and potatoes until all are coated
  4. Cut tin foil to 12″ long to create the bags.
  5. Place one serving to the center of 12″ tin foil
  6. Fold tin foil to create the “bag” and make sure all sides are closed
  7. place on the hot grill for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through*
  8. Serve warm

*these can be baked in the oven as well at 425 degrees for 15-17 minutes
